[Production Example] Special-Shaped Shim for Molds

Wire-cut irregular-shaped shim

This is a shim for molds. It has circular holes processed on the top and bottom, and the outer perimeter is shaped into a complex design according to the customer's requirements. In the photo, seven shims of different thicknesses are lined up, and after stacking two of each thickness for a total of 14 shims, wire cutting was performed. Since the customer requested shims of different thicknesses, we simultaneously produced shims of seven thicknesses: 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mm. Our company is capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only common iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop service from prototype processing of custom shims to mass production. Additionally, based on the data accumulated in our unique production management system, we offer products to customers at appropriate prices.
